भिक्षावृत्ती मुक्त भारत अभियान

भिक्षावृत्ती मुक्त भारत अभियान एक सामाजिक पहल है जिसका उद्देश्य भारत को भिक्षावृत्ती से मुक्त करने की दिशा में सामूहिक प्रयासों को बढ़ावा देना है।

अभियान का दृष्टिकोण केवल सड़क पर भीख मांगने वाले व्यक्ति को हटाना नहीं है, बल्कि उसके पीछे मौजूद सामाजिक और आर्थिक परिस्थितियों को समझकर पुनर्वास एवं आत्मनिर्भरता का रास्ता तैयार करना है।

ब्रोशर के अनुसार अभियान 2019 से सामाजिक कार्यों के माध्यम से सक्रिय है और नागपुर सहित विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में जरूरतमंद लोगों के लिए दस्तावेज, सरकारी योजनाओं, शिक्षा, पुनर्वास और जागरूकता से संबंधित कार्य किए गए हैं।

जहाँ कोई व्यक्ति मजबूरी में भीख मांगने के लिए विवश न हो।
जहाँ हर नागरिक को सम्मानपूर्वक जीवन जीने का अवसर मिले।

हमारा मिशन

भिक्षावृत्ती मुक्त भारत अभियान का मिशन है:

पहचान

भिक्षावृत्ती एवं अत्यंत जरूरतमंद परिस्थितियों में जीवन जी रहे लोगों की पहचान करना।

पुनर्वास

जरूरत के अनुसार आश्रय, भोजन, स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा और पुनर्वास सेवाओं तक पहुंच में सहयोग करना।

दस्तावेजीकरण

आवश्यक सरकारी दस्तावेज प्राप्त करने में सहायता करना ताकि लोग सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ ले सकें।

शिक्षा

बच्चों को शिक्षा की मुख्यधारा में जोड़ने के लिए प्रयास करना।

कौशल

क्षमता के अनुसार कौशल और व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षण उपलब्ध कराने में सहयोग करना।

रोजगार

सम्मानजनक रोजगार एवं स्वरोजगार के अवसरों से जोड़ना।

जागरूकता

समाज में भिक्षावृत्ती के मूल कारणों और पुनर्वास के महत्व के प्रति जागरूकता पैदा करना।

About Mr. Sunilkumar Madve

Mr. Sunilkumar Madve is a dedicated social leader and community development advocate committed to creating positive and sustainable change in society. Through his involvement in social initiatives, he has worked towards education, youth development, community welfare, skill development, social awareness, and support for underprivileged communities.

With a strong belief in inclusive development, Mr. Madve focuses on connecting people with opportunities and encouraging individuals to become self-reliant, skilled, educated, and socially responsible. His approach combines community engagement, awareness, guidance, and practical support to address the challenges faced by marginalized sections of society.

Mrs. Pratibha Kumre – Social Activist, Cosmetologist & Women Empowerment Advocate

About Mrs. Pratibha Kumre

Mrs. Pratibha Kumre is a dedicated social activist, cosmetologist, and advocate for women empowerment, child education, skill development, hygiene awareness, and community welfare. Through her sustained social initiatives, she has worked to create opportunities, dignity, education, and sustainable livelihoods for underprivileged and marginalized communities.

A graduate in Sociology, Mrs. Kumre began her social journey by teaching underprivileged children in Chandrapur through a social organization. Alongside her academic journey, she completed a Hair and Skin Care & Basic Cosmetology course at Rani Durgavati Girls ITI, Chandrapur. She further pursued professional cosmetology training at the National Women’s Institute, Central Government College, Jaipur, where she successfully completed her training with First Division.

Since the beginning of her social journey, Mrs. Kumre has remained committed to the educational and social development of disadvantaged children and women. She has organized women’s hygiene awareness programmes, promoted education, and provided skill-development training to help women become financially independent, confident, and self-reliant.

Recognition & Awards

Mrs. Kumre’s dedication to social welfare has been recognized at several national platforms. Her achievements include:

Felicitated on 15 March 2021 at a programme organized by the Ministry of Social Welfare, Government of India.
Honored with the National Women Excellence Award at the Global Youth Peace Conclave 2023, organized by the National Youth Awardees Federation of India.
Recipient of the Nepal India Madheshi Dalit Maitri Sangh & Babu Jagjivan Ram Kala Sanskriti & Sahitya Akademi Awards 2021 for her contribution to social activities.
In 2025, honored with the National Women’s Excellence Award at Maharashtra Sadan, New Delhi, during the birth anniversary celebration of Kranti Jyoti Savitribai Phule, for her contribution to social activities and the Begging-Free India Campaign (भिक्षावृत्ती मुक्त भारत अभियान).

Professional Leadership

Alongside her social initiatives, Mrs. Kumre serves as Vice MP at SIVSWARJYA AIRLINE, where she contributes to business growth, operations, new business planning, and monitoring ongoing activities. Her professional experience complements her social vision, enabling her to combine leadership, organizational skills, and community-focused initiatives.

Impact Through Social Work

Mrs. Kumre has counselled and guided more than 2,500 individuals on areas including child education, women empowerment, hygiene awareness, and social development.

Her work focuses on creating practical opportunities for individuals and communities to become more educated, skilled, independent, and socially empowered.
